Osso Buco Pork Chops with Butter Beans

Ingredients

Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 thick pork chops, rind trimmed off
  • 1 jar Sacla’ Osso Buco Sauce with Zesty Lemon & Herbs
  • 400g tin butter beans, drained
  • 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • Finely grated zest ½ lemon

How to make the recipe

Method:

  1. Season the pork chops then add them to a pan with oil, with the fatty side touching the pan. Cook them on a medium heat like this for 3 mins then lay them flat and cook for another 3 mins.
  2. Flip the pork chops over, pour in the Osso Buco Sauce and beans, then cover and leave to simmer for 10 mins.
  3. Serve the chops on a bed of beans and scatter with parsley and lemon zest.
