Pasta Chips & Pesto Dips

Ingredients

200g pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp mixed dried herbs
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Sacla’ Classic Basil Pesto
Sacla’ Char-Grilled Aubergine & Roasted Garlic Pesto
Sacla’ Fiery Chilli Pesto
Sacla’ Nduja Pesto
Fresh herbs, optional

How to make the recipe

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions and then drain.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 170Fan/190*C and line a sheet with baking paper.

Step 3

Add the pasta to a mixing bowl and stir in the olive oil, mixed dried herbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss together.

Step 4

Tip onto the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until golden and crispy and stir every 5-10 minutes to cook evenly.

Step 5

Serve topped with fresh herbs, if desired, and an assortment of Sacla’ Pesto.

Step 6

Best eaten fresh.
