Is there an expiry date for my e-gift card?
e-gift cards are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase.
How do I redeem my e-gift card?
You can redeem your e-gift card by entering its unique code at checkout.
Where do I find the 16 digit code for my e-gift card?
The numbers can be found on the email that is sent to you with your e-gift card.
How do I share an e-gift card?
When you purchase an e-gift card you will receive an email with your unique e-gift card on it. You need to forward the email to the recipient of your gift.
Are e-gift cards pre-denominated?
No, they can be loaded with any value between £20 and £500
What if my order total is more than my e-gift card value?
You will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
Can I cancel my e-gift card?
Please make sure you check all details when placing your order since we are unable to issue a refund or exchange an e-gift card for cash.
Can my e-gift card be used for shipping costs?
Yes, your e-gift card is applied to the final order total.
Can I use my e-gift card in conjunction with a discount code?
Yes, your e-gift card is just another form of payment.
What happens if my e-gift card is lost, stolen or damaged?
Your e-gift card is valuable. Please keep your e-gift card email secure. Sacla UK limited will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged e-gift cards. If you have lost your print out, you can reprint the e-gift card if you still have the original email. If your email has been deleted or you’ve lost your unique e-gift card number, please contact us on help@sacla.co.uk and we’ll do our best to help you.
What if I want to return something that I have purchased with an e-gift card?
We can’t exchange or refund any consumable items except where the item is faulty. Please contact us on help@sacla.co.uk and we’ll do our best to help you.
