Osso Buco Sauce with Zesty Lemon & Herbs
Osso Buco is a rich glossy unctuous veal stew made with wine, tomatoes and lemon, and full of decadent, deep slow cooked flavour.
For a high-speed recipe, simply sear some veal or pork (sausages and meatballs work well too), simmer in the sauce and serve. If there’s no time to make risotto, then plain rice, buttery polenta and creamy mashed potato are all welcome additions to this meal of truly deep comfort.
