Description

This Salted Caramel Panettone is in another league. Tiri is one of the most premium and awarded Panettone makers in Italy. This luxury Panettone combines the sweet taste of caramel with the ‘sweet’ salt of Cervia, a salt known for its sweetness due to the purity of the salt used from the fields of northern Italy. It amounts to a delicious glaze of salted caramel and sprinkled nibs. Add to this Tiri’s three steps and 72 hours of sourdough processing and you have yourself a masterpiece. One that’s soft, fragrant, digestible – and particularly yummy.
