In the quiet, sunny countryside of Sicily, four young cousins were thinking through their family history. Almost 75 years of experience making some of the purest olive oil out of the finest olives - and yet it was all being kept a bit too much of a secret. It was time the world and not just Sicily got a taste of their family's talent. So, they founded Arke. And this is the olive oil they've been making ever since. Fresh, light, aromatic and flavourful, it's the perfect base for absolutely any Italian dish.
