Ingredients
1 broccoli, broken in to florets, stalk trimmed and chopped
1 cauliflower, broken into florets (reserve a few leaves)
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan. Add the broccoli, cauliflower and leaves to a large pan or use 2 pans of salted water. Bring to the boil and cook for about 10-15 mins or until tender, then drain well. Mix the Sacla’ Vegan Cheese Sauce with Dijon mustard, and season with freshly ground black pepper. Transfer the broccoli and cauliflower to an oven proof dish, pour over the Vegan Cheese Sauce and put the dish in the oven for 15-20 mins or until hot and the broccoli and cauliflower are just beginning to brown. Sprinkle with cayenne or paprika to serve if you wish.
