Crispy Vegan Pesto Tofu

- 1 block of firm tofu
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt
- 3 tbsp. Sacla’ Vegan Basil Pesto

How to make the recipe
Step 1
Into a medium size mixing bowl, add cubed tofu. Add olive oil and toss to coat.
Step 2
Add garlic powder, ground black pepper, and sea salt. Toss again to evenly distribute seasonings.
Step 3
Onto a parchment lined baking sheet, arrange tofu in an even layer.
Step 4
Bake in preheated oven 40 minutes, stirring halfway through!
Step 5
Remove from oven and place baked tofu in the mixing bowl.
Step 6
Add Sacla’ Vegan Basil Pesto and gently toss to coat.
