Ingredients
- 2 Salmon fillets
- ½ jar Sacla’ Classic Basil Pesto
- 3 tbsp. Breadcrumbs
- Juice and zest from ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper

How to make the recipe
Step 1
In a shallow bowl, combine Sacla’ Classic Basil Pesto and breadcrumbs to make Pesto-breadcrumbs. If you like a cheesy twist, add Parmesan too!
Step 2
Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Spread the Pesto-breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet, pressing gently to adhere.
Step 4
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil. Arrange the salmon fillets in a single layer, ensuring that they don’t touch.
Step 5
Air fry for 8-10 minutes (180°C), or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
Step 6
Serve with cherry tomatoes, herbed potatoes and tenderstem broccoli.
