Spicy Peanut Butter Pasta Recipe with Sacla' Vegan Chilli Pesto
This gluten-free satay-style spicy sauce is also delicious for drizzling over a crunchy raw vegetable salad or as a dip.

Ingredients

2 tbsp. crunchy peanut butter

½ tbsp. soy sauce

2 tsp. vinegar, any type or lime juice

⅕ jar Sacla’ Vegan Chilli Pesto

3 tbsp. boiling water

75g gluten-free tagliatelle

Salt to taste

A few sesame seeds or chopped coriander leaves

How to make the recipe

Step 1

Mix the peanut butter, soy, vinegar or lime, and Sacla’ Vegan Chilli Pesto together. Slowly stir in the water until it has the consistency of double cream.

Step 3

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the pack instructions, until al dente, then drain.

Step 6

Transfer to a bowl, pour over the peanut sauce, toss well, sprinkle with the sesame seeds or coriander, and serve.
