The Cassini family has been producing olive oil for more than seven generations, using olive plants that are over 200 years old and are planted high on the hillside, where the sub-tropical breezes and temperate climate provide ideal conditions for the olives to grow. Vittorio Cassini has continued this tradition, producing 10,000 bottles of olive oil every year with each harvest.
