This salami is flavoured purely with black pepper and is the simplest flavoured cut available within their range of charcuterie. After being fermented for 2-3 days, the meat is then aged for 2-3 months to enhance the beautiful taste.
Simply place some slices of salami into a soft baguette, then add some fresh tomatoes and mozzarella for the perfect mid-day meal.
